Lighting

I know there are a number of lighting kits out there, as well as ways of lighting without the kits.

I'm asking for some recommendations. I need tutorials if they are out there, as well as recommendations for lighting kits that give maximum bang for the buck.

I'll get some pictures of the "Dragonfly" up on my photobucket page asap.
