Greetings,
As stated in the subject, does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how they apply large section of decals? Such as those use for aztecing or panel lines?
I am thinking I wil have to cut into smaller sections and apply, but I figured no harm in asking and seeing how everyone else does this step of the process.

For decals like the Absolute 1/2500 aztec decals, it is suggested to use the float method. Use a dish large enough to fit the part being decaled. When the decal separates from the backing, slide the model underneath and position the decal to the desired position. Take your time and exercise extreme patience.
Burn your dead.
Only downside to that method is if the model is wired for lights. My understanding is that the best way is to cut the decal in such a way that you will not notice it once you apply it to the model.
I have the same issue with the decal for the Romulan Bird of Prey.
