sources for fiber optics?

Hi All,

Do you have a recommended vendors who sells optical fiber that can be used for lighting models? Preferably online?

I've came across this vendor http://www.fiberopticproducts.com that stock .25mm, .5mm, .75mm and larger diameter fiber - are there anything thinner than .25mm?

I'd be surprised if there weren't (for some bizarre technical application), but think about the size for a moment and try to figure out how to drill a hole small enough to fit that small a fiber and how to actually fit the fiber into the hole.

I just go to the pound shop and get the fibre optic lights and cut that up.

Might save you a few bob.
