ROSS Plastic Model Cement

Hi all,

I have a distributor that I buy shipping supplies from, and they have ROSS Plastic Model Cement in tubes, much like Testors brand. I picked one up, but havn't used it yet. Anyone know anything about the quality of this product? I can't find anything online about it, and it looks like their company was picked up by Elmers a long time ago.
