Translating a paint guide?

I hope this is in the right place. I picked up the Bentenmaru kit from Hasagawa at the SSM store.
Looking thru it I saw an RLM color in what assume is the paint guide, but the rest of it is a guess.
Can anyone translate this for me?

White numbers in black boxes are Gunze Mr. Color Lacquers:

Is that the case for all of these Japanese kits? I have a few and just wasn't smart enough to ask here. :P

It does appear to vary between different kit manufacturers. Sometimes you see reference to Tamiya paints.
