Interesting process.....but results are only fair to me.
I am a decal manufacture. I started making decals in the early 1960's by painting images on brown kraft tape and coating the image with a clear varnish.
Later in the 1960's Car Model Magazine had a process somewhat like the one shown in the Youtube video. They sold a small kit for $5 enough for 5 sheets of home made decals.
Even for decals where you need a single sheet or a few logos it is worth the money to buy a $2 sheet of decal paper and $1 for a office supply place to run it through a decent laser printer. Results will be MUCH better. IMHO ONLY
