Circuit Works pens deliver "wire" that can be soldered at low temperatures. But, true, they can't deliver the 3D wire in the way a 3D pen can extrude plastic. Permanence depends on the surface material, but it's pretty good on normal circuit board stuff. Never tried it on styrene.
