Question on Mr Super Clear

Hello! Does the Mr. Super Clear in spray cans the same with Mr. Super Clear in 10ml bottles?

A list of Mr. Super Clear in 10ml bottles:
Mr. Color Super Clear Semi-Gloss (C181)
Mr. Color Super Clear Flat (C182)
Mr. Color Super Clear Gloss (C155)
Mr. Color Super Clear UV Cut Gloss (C186)
Mr. Color Super Clear UV Cut Flat (C187)

If yes, What is the mixing ratio of thinner to paint? Is it 70-30?

Last questions. Have you guys tried Mr. Color Super Clear Flat Gray Tone (C183)? Does it give the same result as like mixing smoke gray and flat base?
