Testors Decal Bonder?

Has anyone used it? It comes in one of their regular sized spray cans, I found some at a good price but I was hesitant to buy. I want to make some custom decals on my printer, but Testors decal paper was pretty expensive so I am getting another brand inkjet paper for my HP inkjet printer. So would this Testors Decal Bonder spray be a good sealant or is it just for Testors paper? Any experience any of you had with it, or any suggestions for a better inkjet decal sealer would be appreciated.

Works great for decals on every brand of paper I've used, Testors or no...

same here. also i had some old decal sheets that the ink would not adhere to. testor saved the day. i got the little can that came with a starter set.
