Tamiya polishing compound

OK - so there is a problem.
I need it, I bought it and kill me, but I don't have any idea how to use it because whatever I do I don't understand Japaneese and local distributor didn't think about attaching any kind of manual in familiar language.
Any help appriciated.

Get a lint free cloth, dab a bit on and rub.

Not a problem. I've delt with stuff that needed heat to activate, water, etc. Someties they seem to make it hard on us.

I don't remember if this particular Tamiya polishing compound has petroleum distillates in it (many polishing compounds do). if it does, be very careful when applying it to acylic paints - in particular Future (yes, you sometimes need to polish up Future), Tamiya and Gunze. You'll "polish" the acrylics right off...
