Plastikote GM7173

I'm doing some Phasers and the paint that was used by production was GM7173 (plastikote's number) Light Silver Sand Metallic. I went to Pep Boys Saturday and they placed a S.O. for me but called me today and said that they couldn't order the paint because it was hazardous and couldn't be shpped (OK, then how the hell do you get all the paint that's already in your stores???). Anyone know how I can get my hands on this stuff? I know that paint and other hazardous can be shipped via ground transport si Idon't know what their deal was.
