Okay, now hair

Since you guys were so helpful on the jewel painting guides, how about a tutorial or two for hair?

Take your base color and set aside enough to make three or four (or more, if you like. Real hair has many shades.) lighter shades. Paint up with the base coat, then dry brush with the shades going progressively lighter. Save the lightest shade for now. Seal your work in between shades with flat coat. Before applying the lightest shade, give the hair a wash of black or brown, or a darkened shade of the base color. Dry brush the final shade, concentrating on highlights in places where the light would fall across the hair, and add a final seal coat.

Good luck!

Um, My bad!

How large a figure are you working on? While you've already been given some great advice somethings transfer better to certain scales than others.
