Ok, putting it properly. I'm torn between the two, which do you think is the best and why. Help me make a decision!

Given those two, I'd go with either one, I've used the Aztek personally, and had good results (not great results, but good results), and I imagine the Badgers about the same. The Badger will be a little harder to clean at first, but the Aztek will need it more down the line.

Now go buy a Badger 360. Aztec is crap, it clogs to easily, is more expensive, can be tough to maintain, is harder to find replacement parts, and offers very little in the way of factory help. With Badger, you can mail it back to the factory, they will clean and rebuild it no questions asked, then mail it back to you for free, FOREVER. They stand behind their products.

Now, Pat...what have we told you about ad hominem attacks?
The Badger 200 is an internal-mix single-action brush. The 360 is an internal-mix double-action brush. Both types have their strengths and limitations.

The Aztec 320 is also a internal-mix single-action brush, that's why i pitted them together. Anyway response wasn't forcoming so i actually went for the Aztec 320. which was alot cheaper the the The Badger 200. and with the quick nozzle change seems easier to maintain and clean.TER-OR wrote:The Badger 200 is an internal-mix single-action brush. Badger 200.
I was so thoroughly cheesed I wasn't able to find mine when we gutted my house...
So, I consoled myself with an Iwata Eclipse!
Although I still want another Model 200.

All I have to say is that anything has to better than the Aztec. I've had 2 of them and you're right, they're crap.Padawan v 2.5 wrote:[Yoda voice on] There is no why. Nothing more will I teach you today. [Yoda voice off]robgmun wrote:But why?Godfather wrote:Badger badger badger.

I used to own a Aztek 470. I bought the kit because I thought it would be the cheapest wayt to get started. When it sprayed it sprayed great. Until it clogged. I would have to tear it down after every spray. I also had to disassemble the nozzles also to get it unclogged even though the instructions say not to.
Finally got fed up. Bought a Badger 150 and then later a 100LG because I found I like gravity feeds better. Haven't looked back since. I pick the brush up and it works without fuss everytime.
