what clear coat to use?

I sprayed a krylon clear over my model and it wrinkled the decals what should I use that wont do that -[I do not have an air brush.]
Not all cylons are bad ,only the damaged ones

First thing, use a clean soft brush or Q-tip and put a very thin layer of Future over the decal. Do it twice if you want. Then, apply very thin layers of your rattlecan clear coat. Let the Future cure overnight just to be sure. You shouldn't really need to, but better safe than sorry.
