Multiple pots on one compressor?

Got a question about techniques, materials or other aspects of physically building a model? This is the place to ask.

Multiple pots on one compressor?

Post by Stu Pidasso »

Say you have about 3 or 4 2.5 pressure pots from Harbor frieght. Can you run all of them off of one compressor at the same time and maintain a constant pressure? I'm thinking about picking this one up for the job.

And how would I hook up multiple hoses for the pots? Can't seem to find an adaptor... :?

I have one pot that I just pressurize and then turn off the valve and disconnect. It holds pressure well long enough for resin to cure.
The larger pot needs to be connected, and the compressor will run once in a while to keep the pot at about 40 psi...

The connectors Kywell linked are the simplest way to run multiple hoses if
you need them.

That would be it. I googled "3-way coupling", and got a little side tracked. :8)
