Colours for Urban Camo?
Hi all I was wondering if I could get some suggestions of which colours to use in a four colour Urban Camouflage pattern - prf. Tamiya colours. I know the basics dark gray, light gray, black, white, but I just thought I'd see if anyone has used a set of colours that they were realy happy with. pics of the results would be awesome if ya got 'em. Thanks.

Try stone and light or pale blue or blue grey. Haven't got a Tamiya chart to hand but you should find some relevent colours there or try Games Workshop.
Is this for an SF or real world/near future camo scheme? If SF then you could go nuts with colours
For some neat scheme ideas try FAS. Scroll down to Urban camo in this

Also try making the patterns more hard edged/blocky in appearence.
Have a look also at articles on digital camo such as this

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage
to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill today because they got on my nerves.
And help me to remember when I'm having a bad day and it seems that people are trying to wind me up, it takes 42 muscles to frown, 28 to smile
and only 4 to extend my arm and smack someone in the mouth!

Well yeah. I finally broke down and got a couple of gundam kits : 178- MK II and MSZ-006 Zeta 2.0's but I can't stand the typical gundam colours so I thought I'd go more military. I'm actually thinking I might try an urban digital camouflage pattern on them, not sure 'bout the pattern but deffinate on the colours. Is this for an SF or real world/near future camo scheme? Thanks for the help.

OK I was thinking uniform schemes as opposed to armour/mecha.
Block pattern is still a viable option.
Have a look at this model of a BAOR Berlin Brigade Chieftain

And here is a Cadillac Gage V-150 also in Berlin Brigade colours V-150
As you see the V-150 sports a white, blue grey and chocolate scheme. This is in similar colours -LVTH6A1.
This is an FV432 APC again using the Brigade urban scheme FV432

I think over all I prefer the colours on the uniform patterns to those in your last post. But thanks none the less. I think using uniform camo scheme on a a gundam might actually work well and seeing as it's completely fictional anyway I can probably get away with the impracticality of it. I mean the heat sig. one of these things would give off would make any camo merely decorative anyway.
