Nalgene vacuum chamber and manual pump for degasing rubber?

Seems like a nice kit for occasional moulding. The only thing is that I can't find what's the maximum vacuum (25"?) If I recall 28" is a minimum to start deairing silicon, right?

You guys have feedback on this Nalgene set?

Not good enough for degassing silicone rubber (RTV). You need at least 29.92" to start degassing RTV.

Looks like the exact same vacuum chamber that Alumilite sells ...seems like a good brand of pump too.
