Paint Remover
Alright, so my buddy had this stuff when he was younger that he claims would do magick for my model I'm working on right now. The problem is, he can't remember what it was called, or who made it. He says that its purpose was to remove paint from plastic without damaging the part in any way. So if you were to dip a clear piece in this solution, it wouldn't fog it up. He says it came in a quarter gallon frosted clear jar. Any help in what this stuff is called would be amazing, or anything like it.
If you're wondering how he eats and breathes

It doesn't come in a frosted jar, but I use Strip-A-Kit
It doesn't stink, all biodegradable etc... Nice stuff to use. I've even used it to remove Alclad 2
