Micro Electronics Soldering Station

Hey Gang!
I'm getting to the point where I'm going to soon need a decent soldering station for wiring up micro components like 0402 SMDs & the like. I'm looking to get a station that has a smaller soldering iron with interchangeable tips & good temp controls. Perhaps something that wont break the bank would be nice too! I'm looking to spend about a $100 max.

Does anyone have any good ideas/experience with stations they could recommend?

Check out reviews on amazon. Do you just need a station or the iron as well. A 20 watt iron was not hot enough for me. I'm also using non leaded solder as well so a hotter, variable temp iron has worked out better.

Look at a company called Madell. Their 2 in 1 stations are about double what you want to spend, but the quality is decent. The hot air pencil is handy for shrink tube or working on surface mount components, and there is a large selection of tips available for the soldering iron
