Probably not -- these tubes are used to attach to nozzles you have on cans of stuff like WD-40, which use a different type of nozzle (you generally don't use the nozzle by itself. spray paint cans nozzles don't have a place to put these tubes). Not even sure if transplanting the nozzle part from a WD-40 wouldn't be without some risk of a mess being made (e.g. paint could start oozing out from the base of the nozzle, or the tube pops out and paint goes squirting out in an unpredictable direction).

I've never understood guys that drill/open aerosol cans when it's so much easier to use a bendy straw and a good Boston Round glass bottle.
