I really like my VL for broad coverage, but I think it finally may be dead.
I'm painting the basecoat of my entry for WF, and all of a sudden, my VL starts spitting.
Checked the needle & nozzle (clean).
Checked the pressure (good).
Checked the paint thinness (just right).
So I break it down, swap out the needle & nozzle, clean the trigger/valve... same thing
So now I'm painting the entire model with my Sotar 20/20. I love the brush... its so very forgiving & even tempered, but I don't like shooting this much paint through it, since the parts are expensive.
So... is there anything else I can try to salvage the VL? I really didn't plan on buying a new brush this weekend
My Paasche VL finally dead?

Also, check to make sure that all of the air holes are open in the large part of the nozzle. I have found that if one of those is clogged it will cause spitting in the brush.
