Mirage Flame unit RESIN PART IS BENT!!
I recently purchased a LED Mirage with Boomerang and flame unit.I am horrified to note the Flame unit barrel,a thin rod shaped affair,is bent! How can I fix this?Will I have to fabricate a new part?

You can try to heaten, the part straightening it and keeping it fixed while it cools.
If it is the Volks kit I reckon that HLJ could arrange for a replacement part.
Never did the resin version of the kit but the styrene/Soft Vinyl version by Wave.
Of course you could always cut a new rod and replacing the bend section with it.
