Ok folks! What is the flatest dullest, most sheenless clear flat finish that one can buy? :8) :D

Somthing absolutely dead flat.... Krylon's matte UV is the flattest I've ever ran across.

For acrylic, I like PolyScale's Matte finish. If airbrushed thin, it's very nice.

I've had trouble with that stuff turning milky white when I wash dust off of a model with cold water.
