Floquil Railroad Colors

Post by starmanmm »

These were the paints that I use to use back in the 80's to paint my starships.

Loved the colors and the durability of the paint.

Now, I understand that they have changed? Meaning that I no longer have to use barrier thinner on the kit first... but just mix the paint with Dio Sol and go for it?

As I understand them, Floquil Lacquers haven't changed. I used to use them without undercoats way back when. The PolyScale series are acrylics, thinned with their thinner - Diosol unless I'm mistaken.
