Emergency! Need EL Wire in New York City NOW!

A friend of mine, a pro photographer in New York city, is working on a project and needs to get his hands on some blue EL wire immediately. By the end of the week at the absolute latest. He asked me to try and track some down for him, and I know there has to be a million stores in New York to get some. So I'm throwing out this emergency request:

Does anyone know a store in New York city where one can walk in with cash and walk out with Blue EL Wire?

Failing that, does anyone know of an online retailer where he can get it overnighted to him at a less than obscene cost?
