555 Timer parts for a KBoP engine?

I've got a KBoP that needs an engine flasher, and I think I can achieve this effect with the parts I've got: a 555 Timer and an assortment of resistors and capacitors.

Can someone supply me with the proper resistor and capacitor values? Or better yet, is there a calculator where I can input the blink duration and frequency and arrive at the proper values?

It should allow you to input values and hence calculate frequencies, timings etc.

I got this circuit video going. On a ready made board.
It uses the 555 and a 4.7 Cap that flashes like arch welding.
