Buy a pack of Bionicle parts. They have very tight ball joints for figures. I have a bucket full of them.

I have a set of templates of the MKII viper sliced into sections...
It would be great to get them laser cut in 1/18 so i could string them together, putty over them and make a Gi Joe scaled MKII!!!!

No no no......the shock was a wow factor for me. I think it looks great.....how did you do the weathering? It looks like bare aluminum to me. It was a Games Workshop colour(Mithril Silver), painted on with a VERY fine brush. I tried to line each panel with it, showing the wear along all the edges. ...

That makes sense.
So, if i read that correctly, a thorough coat of black, and then latex to mask off the stripes, then the yellow/orange on top, then mask that off for the grey, then the torn grey over the top of that?

Thanks. I think my personal problem is that i have no idea what will look coolest in terms of where the torn parts should be on this particular model. So i might need to paint the entire thing in the tiger stripes first, THEN work out the perfect areas to leave with the stripes... But these ideas ar...

Is it possible there were some kind of chemical vapors near the canopy while you were out in the garage? Ken No uncovered materials in my garage...
