well, here's an amended question for the same subject..how do you set up a blinking circuit?

Short story..I peeled off some of the bascoat when I lifted the template..tried to fix it, repainted, same problem...

Well, I've had a mistake and just wanted to know if there is a good effective way to safely remove paint from plastic.
