Pretty sure it started in 1996.... I seem to recall finding this place way back when I was a swinging bachelor in my apartment, which was 1996-1997.

Absent some "master gatekeeper" filter to keep the spammers out, it seems this forum needs a few more sheriffs (known "good" people) with a delete power, or at least the ability to knock spam into a holding cell, non-displayable until a mod reviews it.
