Very Light Aluminum Paint
For an upcoming project I will be needing a very light Aluminum color paint. I see that Alclad 2 makes a "White Aluminum" paint. Is this the color that I'm hoping?

Another trick to remember with paints like Alclad - putting it over a gloss white will look different from gloss black. And, if you put it over matte paint, you might get a more fabric looking effect.
I would definitely run experiments.
I have applied Alclad over Gunze-Sangyo Mr. Surfacer 1000 rattlecan primer with no problem. These were darker colors, like Exhaust and Dark Aluminum.
